ERA Advantage Realty, Inc. is celebrating 30 years in business as of April 2010. The company's teamwork, "CAN DO" optimism and commitment to service has given the Company its leading edge. Owners Catherine Cleveland & Natalie Bindler first opened on Highway 9 in Manalapan when interest rates were 18˝ %, they expanded that office and opened an office in Keyport on Highway 35 in 1989.
Our professional team offers assistance for consumers in all phases of real estate, whether shopping for homes, lots, farms, land, new construction or commercial properties. Each office offers a Worldwide referral system, Certified Buyer Agents, Relocation/Listing Specialists, Certified New Home Consultants, National Military Network Services, Guaranteed Home Sale Program and Home Warranty. Licensed in 1973, Cathy obtained her Brokers license by 1975 and opened her first office in 1980. Originally from New York, Cathy and her husband moved to Manalapan 36 years ago to raise their two daughters. Ever so pleased with the school system, her children are now raising their own children who attend the Manalapan-Englishtown schools.
Cathy, her partners and associates are defined as proactive, full service real estate professionals. This is what distinguishes working with a member of the Advantage Team: customers benefit from a variety of programs, services and methods created specifically to meet the demands and needs of people in every corner of the world. Natalie Bindler

In the early 80's interest rates were at an all time high of 17%, Natalie Bindler opened her first office in Manalapan. With her philosophy of going a step beyond what was expected of her, she now has five offices and a large staff of professionals to meet the needs of today's buyers and sellers.
Natalie is the Vice President/Owner of ERA Advantage Realty, Inc., a lifetime member of the NJ Million Dollar Sales Club, has been licensed since 1968, and holds a seat on the ERA National Advisory Committee.
One of Natalie's famous sayings is "I believe that you are only as great as the people who work for you".
